By accessing or using the platform, creating an account, posting content, purchasing products or courses, donating, listing services, or using any related features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Users must respect Islamic values, ethics, adab, and the community standards that help make the platform beneficial and safe.
Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, threats, abusive conduct, or behavior intended to harm others is not allowed.

Course creators are responsible for the accuracy, quality, permissions, and suitability of their course content.
Course purchases may be subject to separate refund policies, creator terms, or platform marketplace rules shown at the time of purchase.
Users may not copy, resell, publicly share, upload, or redistribute purchased course materials without permission.
Intellectual property in course materials remains with the respective course creator or rights holder unless otherwise stated.
Donations are voluntary and should be made only after reviewing the campaign, cause, organization, or fundraiser information.
The platform may verify campaigns and fundraising causes, but verification does not guarantee fundraising success or the final use of funds by third parties.
Donors should independently review campaign information before donating.
The platform does not guarantee any fundraising outcome, amount raised, tax treatment, or charitable result.
Fraudulent, deceptive, unauthorized, or misleading fundraising activities are prohibited.
News, articles, updates, and editorial content may be provided by platform administrators, contributors, partners, or other approved sources.
Users should verify important information independently when necessary, especially where religious, legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions are involved.
Opinions expressed in contributed content belong to the respective authors and do not necessarily represent the platform.
Physical and digital products may be sold by independent vendors through marketplace features.

Misleading audience metrics, fake engagement, undisclosed fraud, impersonation, or deceptive collaboration activity is prohibited.
Lawyers listed on the platform are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of the platform.
Legal advice, legal documents, representation, consultations, and legal outcomes are provided solely by the respective lawyer.
The platform does not provide legal services, legal advice, or legal representation.
Users should verify lawyer credentials, licensing, experience, fees, jurisdiction, and suitability before engaging services.
Businesses are responsible for their listings, descriptions, contact details, service information, promotions, and claims.
The platform may verify certain businesses or listing information, but does not guarantee the quality, availability, safety, legality, or reliability of any services.
False, incomplete, misleading, deceptive, or outdated business information is prohibited.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date may be revised. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
